Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeddingWallet ("the Service"), operated by WeddingWallet ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to WeddingWallet, including budget data, documents, and attachments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by WeddingWallet and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WeddingWallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. WeddingWallet is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
